Very friendly, detail oriented. I walked in looking for a chain to replace one I had. The one I wanted was a bit too short for me, so they made it longer while I waited. Will definitely come back.

I don't usually give 5 stars ,I had a problem with a bracelet I had previously purchased and they happily replaced it without any questions. They go above and beyond to make the customer happy.

I went in today to get my son a new ring for his birthday that would stand up to his rough and tumble self. Not only was the selection amazing and he found one he loves, but they noticed while he was there that he was wearing a titanium Joe bracelet that had lost some inlays (he's hard on jewelry) we weren't even there regarding the bracelet but once they confirmed their logo they replaced it on the spot. We are both extremely happy and impressed with the selection and service. I know where I'm doing all my gift shopping from now on!

Joe Szigeti has been more than professional, very attentive. Mr. Szigeti has replied to each of my emails sent during this COVID outbreak in regards to entering the jewelry store to spend my gift certificate. I was treated like I was important, even though I was only spending $80 in his store. I finally had the chance to enter his store and spend that gift card that was burning a hole in my pocket. The young man working there was so happy to see someone come in, I was his first client...lol. He was very helpful with my purchase and I left feeling satisfied. I will be back to purchase the necklace that matches the beautiful bracelet I purchased.I'm so glad to have made it in...will be a repeat customer...even though it is only a few dollars here and there.
