  1. I like that classes have nice mixture of cardio and weight training. I can see how people who need motivation can benefit from this club. However, the price is quite high and it's not like any typical gym. You have to book in advance because of a limited spots. So if you want to pay for unlimited classes, then you have to go almost every day to get your money's worth.
  2. I don't like that they have to wait to have 500 clients to build a location in the east end. There are so many more options in the west end, it will take a while for them to reach 500 clients. And at this high price point, it will be harder to get people to join when there is another gym that offers $10 a month.
  3. At the end of the day, it is probably not this club sets the price. Even with this high price point, when you dedicate to going, you will definitely benefit from their programs. It took me some time to get used to how the classes are run, but it did not take much to get into it.

  We have been members since they opened. Workouts are always challenging and different. Good coaches and friendly staff.

  A great mix of cardio and strength in every workout, and the classes are always a new mix of activities, so you don't get bored. The vibe at the gym is really positive, and the coaches and other members encourage you to do your best. You can push yourself constantly to improve, and I love that you can track your progress. Highly recommended!

  Always a good workout and always feel better once I've made it to class. Instructors are all awesome and very willing to help with options in case of injuries. When they say total body workout, it's the truth! Sticking with this will get you in shape and healthier overall.
