    The staff here are fantastic and very helpful. Over the years I have bought iPhones, Macs and iPads from them. Their service program is expanding all the time.

    The only thing I can suggest, is that if you are a consumer bringing in your product for service, please be advised that they are a third-party sales and repair centre. That doesn't mean they do any spotty work, but for warranty they have to abide by Apple's rules and sometimes can cause frustrations for both the tech as well as the customer. This isn't Jump+'s fault howerver as they want to fix your device in the most fair way they have the abilities to.

    Their accessory collection is massive as well. Lots of cases and speakers. They started bringing in their own branded cables and they work REALLY well (get the 10' Lighting cable if you can. They last forever)
