It's designed to be accessible for the physically and/or mentally challenged of all ages which means I can be by my toddler's side on every corner of the play structure and don't have to worry about her getting into danger before we can reach her. The splash pad also has a nice variety of sprinkler styles that seem to be more inviting to my toddler. This playground is a short drive from home rather than a nice walk but we make the trip most of the time because it's a lot more fun for both of us! And my toddler gets so excited when she sees where we are!
