I had the opportunity to go in for the first time and what a cute little location. I love this because you can see that it's not about flash and dash with them. It's about the quality of their products. I bought the summer sausage it was on sale for Valentine's Day. And it was a great price. I bought a big stick of it and got home tried it and it was perfect. I like the idea it's locally grown, grass fed and certified organic. Worth the stop to pick up high quality meats and stuff. But be ready you pay for what you get. So support local. Edit:. I have traveled the world and I finally found the one place I can buy summer sausage. It is perfect. If you don't try it, you are not living.

I placed an online order to stock up my freezer for the end of BBQ season and into fall. I'm so very glad I did! Cindy is amazing and helped me get everything I was looking for and a great deal!

Everything came to my house in clearly marked packages tucked into 4 big, but manageable, boxes delivered by a refrigerated truck.

Everything we have tried has been delicious, especially Bacon Burgers! Pasture Pork and Grass Fed Beef is just a perfect combo for a burger. They need no toppings there is so much flavour and they held together perfectly on my charcoal grill. No shrinkage and not greasy.

Organic chicken breasts were delicious, thick and juicy with a nice texture (not mushy like conventional). Sausages are the next thing waiting for me to grill at home.
