Peninsula Ford

We purchased a 2019 F150. Our sales person (Richard) was awesome and none of our negative experience had to do with him! however we were not very impressed with the other services. When we picked up the truck it was not detailed very well at all. The underside of the truck was muddy, the inside of the console wasn’t cleaned, still dirty and sticky. Still had some stains on the fabric. We had a lot of trouble getting our Ford pass to work because of an out of date SYNC that I had to jump through hopes to fix myself, a simple fix if they had done it there or offered to update it for us. Maybe if we would have bought new we would have had better customer care? Not sure I’d purchase from them again in the future.

I was trading in at ford and Mike Stewart was the rep assisting me through the process. I’ve got nothing but good things to say, he was so helpful and flexible with my schedule. He always tried is best to get me the answer I need and get me a good deal.

Over the last year I have had work done on my 2014 f150 at the service department and collision centre. I can’t say enough about the service. Marsha and Arron at service are professional and personable. Paul at the collision centre went above and beyond to explain everything and called to let me know about hidden corrosion that he could have just covered. I am impressed by this dealership. When the time comes to replace my truck I know where I will buy. Thanks again to all the staff.
