Very professional and good customer service.

I've been going to them for a couple years now. Very friendly, and honest. I've had rust protection done on 2 vehicles, auto detailing on both vehicles, and general maintenance. He has always been honest with me and given me different options, all of which would make sure that I was driving a safe car once I left his garage. Very hard to find honest people these days. I will continue to go to Townson Motors, very happy with the service and quality of work.

My repair was costly and they laid my options out. They gave me the option to do a bandaid fix, a partial repair, or go whole hog. They gave me the option to go with cheap low end parts, or mid range (performance parts are an option, but not really a good choice for a Corolla based model close to 200k). I asked them to look for other issues, and they did. What they found checked out with what I had found on my own time.
My car is aging, so quality service is an asset. I don't want to lay in my gravel driveway and try and fix something that I absolutely need every day. Especially when there is someone happy to make a living doing a far better job than I ever could.
