From the easy set-up of my appointment (which was within the same week that I called, rare nowadays!) to submitting my insurance claim directly (also rare now!) to my actual treatment, it was a 10/10 experience. Dr. Conoway was professional, knowledgeable, experienced and even took a few minutes during my appointment to ask me more about my autoimmune disorder, so he fully understood and explained any risks to me. I appreciated the insight, the adjustment was fantastic, the office was clean, organized and comfortable. That level of focus, genuine care and direct submission for insurance is something I haven't felt/seen in many offices in a long time! It is also what has made me re-book for both chiropractic and massage. So glad I found them!
