They are friendly, knowledgeable and treat you with respect and a dose of good humour. No question is too dumb and they are ready to help whenever it is needed. Everyone gets the amount of time they need so sitting and waiting a few extra minutes is no bother because you know you will get the time you need as well. I love my hearing aids!
