When I came in 20 minutes early they grabbed my keys and got to work right away. Shop door was open so can see it all from the waiting area.
I was getting some suspension damage repaired, and they went above and beyond to help take pictures for my records, and gave me a ride to/from town to help me make an appointment (which the time changed last minute, I would have been out of luck without that ride!)
After my alignment had the report ready and printed off, and explained the numbers to me consistent with another mechanic I was discussing this with today.
Very happy.
