When you walk in the door you're greeted by Allie the fitness dog, and Josh seems to know everyone who comes in and says hi by name. It's very welcoming, and very approachable for someone like me who isn't a gym buff. Joshua set me up on a routine for my specific goals, targeting the specific muscle groups I wanted to work on and several that I didn't even realize were really important for me. Very happy.
I also see many very experienced gym-goers there taking advantage of the wide variety of equipment. Conventional weights, a wide range of cardio equipment, lots of modern strength training machines and more.
Really impressive set-up, and top notch knowledgeable staff. There's a reason the Sun Times named the club and Josh as the best in town this year.
