My experience was totally satisfactory. What we all should expect when dealing with John, (I won't attempt his last name.) that electrical wizard and musician par excellence.

This is a great company. We had a furnace partially stop working and needed it serviced. Our regular geothermal people wouldn't send anyone out because of Covid19, so we were stuck. We took a chance and called Riddell Contracting and were told they could get someone out in a few days.
Scott showed up and took care of our furnace within 20 minutes. He fully explained what the problem was and what we needed to do going forward. We are so pleased with this company and its now going to be our company for regular service.

They are really good. When they set up an appointment to come out there there right on time sometimes early. I really like their service and I would recommend their service to anyone.

Always able to help when we need it. They are fair priced and get the job done. They work fast and make sure everything is taken care of for the job. They have help us from closing our cottage to redoing our bathroom, which looks great! I'm very happy with their services.
