I had the most amazing experience purchasing my appliances at the Brick in Owen Sound.
Lianna was more then accommodating as well as patient with all my questions that she answered quickly and thoroughly.
The delivery drivers Dave and Gage arrived on time and we’re a pleasure as they were very personable. My Gordon Setters loved the attention they were receiving.
Dave & Gage not only put my appliances in place but took them out of there package and took away the rest.
Thank you to the staff at the Brick in Owen Sound.

The customer services from Rob and Tyson was incredible. All the other staff were very nice as well.
We got what we were looking for and will be shopping there in the future!

Hands down BEST customer service! We ordered all of our new appliances online and the website was very user friendly. After the order was placed Amber answered all of our questions and ensured we were happy with our appliances. I highly recommend the OS store and definitely ask for Amber! ;)
