Solid place for a bachelor party. Catered to all our needs (except no dishwasher) and was close enough to the village, about a 20 minute walk. Not a good place if you're looking for peace and quiet since the whole neighborhood is full of these frat style party cottages. But if you're looking to party definitely worth checking out.

Great Spot to Kick back and Party. Just came back from a boys stag party and couldn't be happier that we picked this place. Lots of room, very clean and perfect spot it you get a little loud. Hot tub was great as well. Thanks Kickback!!

Was fantastic place to have a girls weekend and 30th bday !! Party central!!

This is a very appealing location being about a 15-25 minute walk from Blue Mountain Village or about a 3 minute drive. I have been to two cottages and which each had certain pros and cons both are very spacious and welcoming as well as coming with everything you could need as far as kitchen supplies. Both have had showers (one out of two) that cause leakage into the basement but it's not really enough to lower a star rating for me at least. Something to keep in mind though especially if you have a large group needing to shower near the same time.
