My husband bought me CBD oil for sleep. It tasted absolutely horrid and is cloudy, we feel it is bad. He tried to return it, the store would not take it back. Very poor customer service, they don't answer the phone and trying to contact them via their website is not good either. We will not shop there again.
Since this post, I contacted the supplier as suggested by the store. The supplier says that the return must be coordinated with them and the store. Went to the store today, they took back the bad oil and replaced it, saying they will send it back for us. I am very happy that they did this and it does show good customer service. Thank you. I have revised my stars and given you 5 stars because of this.

Everything is always great, the staff are friendly, inviting and helpful and the products (those I have tried) have been satisfying. Always check and keep your receipt though.
