Yesterday, we had a heat pump installed at our cottage at West Guilford. Adam and Jesse arrived on time, were cheerful, polite and informative as they worked and certainly focused on their task which was completed within the time estimated in our earlier discussions. Today, when many businesses are struggling to find and retain workers, you have a couple of gems! They are fine representatives of your company. Adam and his team put a heat pump in our cottage. We couldn't be more pleased. Adam was neat, respectful and answered all our questions. Waking up on a Sunday morning after hosting Christmas for the family to a house that is 14 degrees with 2 kids, 2 dogs and a potential ice storm approaching can cause a strong panic. A quick call to Adam at DeCarlo Heating & Cooling he came over promptly diagnosing the problem and installing the necessary part within 30 minutes our house was warming up and the blankets could come off.
