I contacted them minutes before closing after calling numerous companies. Dean was nice enough to answer the phone and then come out to my cottage and help locate our septic tank. We just purchased the property and we bought it as is, so we hd no details as to where it was since previous owner passed away. Dean came out and started the search, which he thought would be easy and quick. It turned out it wasn’t at all, but he said he was here to do a job and he would get it done. Over an hour later and he located it. I wanted to compensate him for his time but he would not take my money. He was happy to help.
