Words cannot express how much we appreciate all of Margie’s hard work
and her above and beyond dedication. We recently sold our cottage that had been in the family for 77 yrs. There were ups and downs through no fault of hers, that she had to contend with. Working with 3 siblings, living in 3 different locations in Ontario was a feat. She handled everything with the upmost grace and dignity. What ever came up out of the ordinary she was able to rise to the occasion, without losing her cool.
Margie was supportive of all our needs and available to talk to each one of us regarding any concerns. Her patience with seniors is extra ordinary. Margie is a very good listener and highly professional. She is very good at planning and she presented our property at it’s peak best in the pictures. Her write up and presentation of our beloved, but worse for wear cottage was stellar but not misleading. The property
sold in less then 2 weeks for a satisfactory price that suited us all.
I would highly recommend her to any buyer or seller. Thank you so much again Margie, you were the right person for the job and although it was hard to say goodbye you made it that little bit easier.
