  F45 Burlington is such a unique exercise experience, and one that keeps you wanting to come back for more. It’s fast paced, convenient and the support is second to none! If you’re looking to challenge yourself, feel great and reach your goals, I assure you this is the place to start! All of the coaches are so knowledgeable, helpful and they truly WANT you to succeed. Love this place and the people!

  Working out at F45 has really motivated me to become more active and live a healthier lifestyle. I couldn’t have done this on my own at a regular gym. The sessions are never the same and all the trainers and owners are wonderful. Since joining two months ago, I have already achieved great results.

  The best gym I have ever joined! If you're looking to work hard and actually get the results you keep talking about, then this is the place! Amazing trainers, great classes with lots of variety and a real team spirit.
  Tuesday and Thursday weight classes are my favorite.

  There is a really good chance that F45 Burlington is my favourite place to spend my free time. It helps when they have top notch trainers who know what they’re doing, while hyping up the workout, and pushing you to your max. You can tell they love what they do and they care for each and every one of their members. Thanks for being so awesome! ❤️

  Firstly I have to say F45 Burlington is "Community". I have been a member for 2.5 months and have made some great friends that push me, lift me up and encourage me to stay accountable to my goals. The owners and trainers are all top notch. I have been involved with many other fitness studios and I can say this is one of my top picks.
  
  Maggie and her team are aware of where you are at in your fitness and continually work to support your independent needs. The trainers take the time to learn your name and give you modifications as needed.
  
  I would hands down recommend this studio to anyone who is looking to become part of a community that upholds your fitness goals. Love it here!
