Rolli is by far the best fitness coach I have ever encountered and all others he has alongside him have made me feel welcome and confident in my abilities. PHNX teaches you strength, confidence, agility, and so much more. I highly recommend PHNX to anyone in the Hamilton or Downtown Toronto area.

So far we have met 3 of the trainers and all of them are absolutely wonderful. You walk in feeling welcomed and instantly join a new family. 100% recommend this gym to anyone looking. New to working out or a regular youre going to get an amazing work out in a beautiful atmosphere!
