Before they arrived, someone with a truck helped in pulling me out and called to explain to the team. Mikes team were so kind enough not to charge me! They certainly are the best character wise while providing a great service to customers.

Not only a friendly response from this company, but a willing adjustment in their schedule to get to me quickly - just 15 minutes! Efficient, friendly, and a reasonable charge. While I hope I don't get stuck again, I would call Mike's first and recommend this towing company without reservation! John
