    Our family joined Kelly for Yin Yoga class at her gorgeous country studio and we each enjoyed the many mind and body benefits. She is a dedicated professional who clearly has a passion for teaching. Her shared personal growth and commitment to ongoing learning is inspiring!

    I've gone to Hannah's Room Yoga for a year and always had a great experience. It's a relaxed atmosphere and Kelly instructs very well, ready to make adjustments if needed. She is very personable and cares a lot about her students. Definitely recommend to anyone, whether new to yoga or experienced.

    I've been attending classes at Hannah's room for some time now. I find the classes are a great way to target problem areas. I always feel relaxed after class, and I find that my chronic "problem areas" are well managed - fewer headaches, no back pain.
    Kelly is very knowledgeable and very passionate about her practice, constantly learning and adding to her expertise.
    Keeping class sizes small means more one on one interaction, and Kelly is great at explaining the poses and offering alternatives to accommodate individual needs.

    I have practised with Kelly both individually and in classes for over two years. In both formats, she combines elements from her varied training and knowledge, which she is continually building on- see the growing list on the website! This allows her to deliver unique, thoughtful, personal and therefore, highly beneficial sessions. She is truly committed to providing the best experience for her students. And the studio itself enhances the experience – I feel like I’m at a retreat each time! Thanks Kelly!

    Love, love, love Hannah's Room and Kelly! All of her classes are thoughtfully planned out and she is very attuned to making the poses accessible for each client's individual needs. The studio is beautiful and cozy. All of the various classes are mega-stress relievers, in different ways. I always leave restorative class feeling very pampered. Yin class taps into the parasympathetic nervous system as well as maintains my range of motion. Strength class helps me to stay strong and age well.
    I attended a Hannah's Room retreat in Collingwood that was heavenly (all of the above yoga benefits, with lovely accommodation, good food and beautiful scenic surroundings). Can't recommend Hannah's Room Yoga enough!!!
