Express Heating and Cooling

We had a Carrier Infinity AC unit installed, replacing an existing 16 year old unit. Express were very professional and responded promptly to all emails and calls. We were particularly happy with the installers, who arrived on time, did a high quality installation and left the job site clean. The unit was connected corrected to the Infinity Touch thermostat. We would definitely recommend Express Heating and Cooling for HVAC installations.

The owner is fair and honest. We had a major issue with a reliance product ( tankless water heater).they tried very hard to fix. Technician (Ryan) was friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the product was defective. Reliance needed to replace it. I appreciate everyone's effort and thoughtfulness in trying to get hot water to a senior in need.

We had an energy efficient tankless hot water heater installed this winter (as part of Enbridge rebate program). Derek (owner) was incredibly responsive to our requests for quotes, discussing particulars, and finding a quick, convenient time for install. The techs who came were friendly, professional, and figured out how to install everything properly even in our older Hamilton home. We've had no issues with the new HW heater and are looking forward to decreasing our energy costs. We'll be working with them in the future for any HVAC/hot water needs.

Derek and his Team at Express came to our rescue, Thank you Derek. Our furnace when out of service on a Friday night after 6:00pm with the temperature well below freezing, I called Express and Derek had a two great installers (Neil & Dylan) showed up with a new furnace by 9:00am Saturday morning. Less than 4 hours later our house was cozy warm. A small follow-up call was performed by Dan a few days later to fine tune the furnace to optimal performance and to make sure we were 100% satisfied. When I first met with Derek I was impressed. He's been in the business for years and knows his stuff. From the quote and through the installation my husband and I were impressed.
