Bought my first camper last year (used) and Sean and his staff were amazing. After a lot of searching for a shop to take it to, I decided on Pro RV and I'm glad I did!! They are amazing!!! Turned out the previous owners didn't winterize the camper properly and Sean was able to get everything up and going with a fast turnaround. He is very knowledgeable and honest.
On one camping trip, I was having an issue with my hot water (to be honest, I'm new at trailer camping and don't know much) and without hesitation he told me to send pics and call him. He walked me through everything and saved the week!! To me that is going above and beyond and that is huge when looking for someone you can trust!

After purchasing out first used trailer, Sean and his team did a wonderful job working on the needed repairs. Sean has efficient and effective communication. We've been storing our trailer with Sean for the past year with on concerns (it's a locked/secured yard). Sean was able to winterize our trailer and also offer suggestions on future maintenance (as we were first-time RV owners). Recommended.
