What a great experience at Lowe’s today. Dave, in Lumber Management, and Alexis on Customer Service were so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my order was exactly right.

Very good they had everything I wanted

I ordered a barbeque and it was ready to be picked up April 13, I called and requested it be assembled. The person I spoke with said it would be 2 weeks because they were so busy. I called today May 2 and the person I spoke with today said she didn’t know why but my barbeque was not assembled. Apparently the first person never informed the assembly people of my request. So she said she had a guy (Phil, I come to find out) coming in today and she would get him on it. I received a call this evening from Phil telling me that the barbeque was ready. I would like to say how nice Phil was and also how efficient he was after hearing of my disappointment. He even took the time to find a stock # for a cover for it. Thanks Phil I really appreciate your caring!!! Five stars for Phil, Two stars for the first person I spoke with.
