I brought a coat here that I thought would never be saved after what happened to it but I picked it up yesterday and was thrilled to find it like new again! I am so thankful. It was a designer coat that I had recently had drycleaned at Green Tie (in Ancaster. Do not go here!) Cleaners to refresh it for the fall season. Green tie took a week and a half with it, gave it back to me with pet hairs still all over it, extra charged me for the coat belt and overcharged me at 36$ plus tax for a terrible job.
I wore the coat out last weekend and my sister spilled a vodka cranberry drink on it, then proceeded to take it to the washroom, run it under water in the dirty bar sink. This was a designer wool coat! I thought it was destroyed forever. So long story lol but I brought it to this guy at Fortinos and bam ! 4 days later I had my coat in brand new condition and for only $24. The only issue was a slight smell (maybe from whatever was used on it?) But I'm sure that will go away when I wear it or air it out a bit. Overall I highly recommend this dry cleaner.

Great first experience using this dry cleaner and alternations store! Brought in a winter coat in for cleaning and repair in addition to a pair of pants that needed alterations. This place totally exceeded my expectations on all fronts! I can hardly even see the stitching on the pants and the coat looks like new! Will definitely use again.
