Blinds To Go

Very friendly staff and good customer service the first time my blinds lift rope broke. Unfortunately it just broke again. I'm going to ask for a better quality rope for lifting the blinds. There's definately a design flaw during production. I will update this review when my blinds are fixed again.
I may need to change the style. I had no idea that these blinds came with a rope instead of the chains that are on display in the store. I don't think that this type of rope/string is sufficient for these blinds if you ask me.
Hoping for a speedy resolution.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Everyone we encountered was very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Blinds to Go, to all my family and friends! We will definitely go back for all of our future window covering needs.

I was happy with my experience at Blinds To Go. The process of ordering the blinds was easy and inexpensive. I would use this store again. There are many items to choose from. The blinds came into the store in a very timely manner.
