But more to the point, the gentleman, Richard, who showed up was outstanding. Incredibly patient and accommodating. He absolutely went above and beyond in my opinion. I don't go out of my way to write a review, good or bad, usually. But Richard deserves a shout out. I couldn't be more impressed honestly. Thanks to CAA and Richard specifically.....He deserves a raise. :-)
