Dave met my mother and myself at the desk when we came in and was very helpful in explaining the process for us to vacate our storage unit. We were having a little trouble locating our unit number and Rae came to find us and help us out. She was very friendly and fetched a wagon for us. When we were done she walked us through the rest of the process to process our payment and we had a very easy and pleasant experience. If we should ever have need of a storage locker again in the future I hope Rae will be available to help us again.

Excellent facility. Climate controlled. Secure. Closely monitored. A bit expensive but worth every cent.

I have always found the facilities clean and well-managed. The staff there is second to none. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. I would definitely give a thumbs-up rating for this most convenient Hamilton storage facility.

The large units are 200 a month but they’re pretty clean and very dry. The place doesn’t smell like anything in particular and the repurposed building is an added bonus. Walking distance from home is also nice. I would recommend.
