For the floats, if you haven't been it's an entirely unique experience; relaxing and rejuvenating. The float facilitator will walk you through the what and how, and get you set up. Then you just.... Float. Let yourself try it at least once.
The breathwork session was another level. Words cannot easily describe the sensation and experience, but again, it's worth it to try it for yourself. -

(May 3, 2019, 11:34 pm)First time floater will be back. The staff was great and the equipment clean. I did a 60 minute session. However found out late that for insurance coverage you need to call to book an assessment.
