  Birds are cute but it definitely looks run-down compared to the last time I visited 15 years ago. They used to have more plants and a fountain which made for a nicer environment. They had more birds together at the time as well - now they are mainly alone. It would be good if it could move to Gage Park so it's in a central location in the city.

  Incredible place to visit, the birds are all so gorgeous and I find myself staying here for hours when it's open. The volunteer crew are all incredibly hardworking as well! If you haven't been here you're definitely missing out, and you should plan a trip down as soon as you can ????

  Finally made it to the aviary. Met some beautiful parrots in their winter barn. Learned a few more things about birds types .
