Recently moved to Hamilton and was so happy to have found this dive shop. Great atmosphere, location, value, and service. Staff is very knowledgeable regarding new equipment and maintenance, instruction and travel. I plan to have my kids certified though Bob's.

My sons and I (12 and 13) were recently certified to dive while on a trip in Mexico. We came home and wanted to go dive the Welland Scuba Park with a friend of ours that is a Master Diver. Bob's was the first place that I called and I am extremely happy with that decision. Robin was extremely patient and so pleasant to deal with. In addition, she was very reassuring about renting the equipment and took the time to explain everything. We had a great time at the park and dropping of the gear was extremely smooth too.

I was looking for a dive vest front zip the owner had me try a couple on, none were quite right. She then went to her distributor and ordered the right one no problem. a week later it was in, fits perfectly
