(July 10, 2019, 9:19 am)So my AC decides to give up on one of the hottest days of the year. I have a 2014 Yukon SUV . Usually I would take it for repairs to the dealership on Upper James . They are relatively fast however when I come out of there I usually get presented with a lofty bill. My other choice would be a local little 2 man shop near me with a lower overhead costs and labour but I could never depend on when they would have the time to see me. Tired of these scenarios and wanting to find a specialist in car AC cooling I looked up Hamilton Auto on the web.

When I arrived at the shop I was impressed at the office entrance. It was orderly and well kept and a good sign of also what to expect in service. I met up with Paul at the front desk. The man is a gentleman . He took me in despite the shop being a bit backed up after a long weekend holiday . Paul had me looked after and out the door in about 60 minutes.
It turned out that all I needed was a freon recharge. The bill was quite reasonable and the pleasant service experience I received from Paul and Hamilton Auto was 5 stars.
I think I might have just found in Hamilton Auto, the shop which I will be bringing my vehicle to for all of its future repair needs. -

(July 4, 2019, 2:43 pm)The most reliable and honest auto shops I've been to. I have been to many other shops and with my older car have had nothing but problems with most mechanics in the area. However these guys broke the issues down to me in person, then advised me, then fixed the car. AND IT ACTUALLY WORKS AGAIN. I Swear to whoever, this is my new immediate stop.
