I recently purchased a pre-owned VW from Discovery I was kind of skeptical at first, having been burned before by used car dealers and for a small dealership I was Impressed with the selection and the big heart and sincerity Carm seemed to have (still skeptical:) I purchased a vehicle and after afew days The car had an issue I thought " Here we go! I'm gonna get the song and dance routine. boy was I mistaken, Carm was sincerely apologetic and sent me to his Mechanic (thumbs up to the Bug Shop) And the repair was done at no cost to me and I haven't had an issue since .I would Highly recommend Discovery Auto Centre. My husband and I were very undecided about what vehicle to buy. We were new to Hamilton and did not have a trusted car guy. We went to Discovery and found a car we liked and spoke to Carm, we left still undecided. We went back numerous times in the next 4 months before finally deciding on our Cadillac. In all the times we went to look and left without buying, Carm never made us feel like we were wasting his time and always had the patience to talk to us.
