Image Honda Auto Collision

I can only say positive things about my experience at this body shop. I sometimes find bringing my car to any kind of auto shop intimidating, but every person I encountered at image Honda was kind, approachable, and helpful. They did a great job fixing the defect on our car, and I would definitely give them my business again.

It is very rare I write a review about a business or service I have dealt with but I am compelled to do so concerning the service and folks at Image Honda Auto Collision. In the 1st week of September 2015 I took deliver of my brand new Honda Odyssey, a beautiful slightly pearled white. One week later I was visiting Mike at Image Honda Auto Collision. The vehicle had been vandalized and was "keyed" right down to the metal from the front to rear bumper. I was devastated and thought the damage would never be erased.
Mike and his team to the rescue!! The vehicle was ready in 5 days as promised and was pristine!! No evidence of damage at all, the paint was so well matched.
THEN AGAIN, a few weeks ago some kind person took the paint off my front fender and sucked the bumper. Back to Image Honda Auto Collision I go and again, 3 days later I'm driving a perfectly repaired vehicle and it's spotless. It had bee washed, cleaned inside and the tires cleaned and treated. Wow. I did not expect that.
