John Bear - Auto Group

I had brought my mothers vehicle in for service. I had waited to speak with someone in the service department. Everybody seemed quite busy, but Caleb noticed me standing there and immediately hung up his phone and asked if he could help me. I appreciate the little things like that. I didn't have an appointment but I wanted a second opinion on my mothers brakes. Caleb got my moms vehicle into the shop in LESS than an hour, provided me with the results of what was found, washes my car all within 1 hour and a half !
Here's why I'm writing my review.
I knew what the brake measurements were prior to dropping my moms vehicle off to John Bear. I've been a licensed mechanic since 2007. I am moving away and I wanted to see how trustworthy and customer oriented John Bear was, so I created this "Test".

Caleb. You explained to me my mothers brakes did NOT need replacement, nor did they need any service either. I told you to replace them IF NEEDED, you did not charge me a dollar as it was NOT needed work. For that, you have earned a client. You could have done what another GM dealer did, (I'll leave their name out of this), and just replaced them and brought in over $1000.00 revenue. But you chose integrity and honesty over money.
I have spread your name and JohnBear around to a few people I know.

I went in today and I dealt with a gentleman named Caleb and he was really nice. Took the time to explain to me what was wrong and he best way to deal with it. Answered all my questions no matter how silly. Top notched customer service!!!!!

I was fun. They are so nice and took care of me did exactly what I wanted. ☺

Speedy service to my work vehicle. Communicated any additional work required in a timely manner.

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish with Victoria Johnson who is consistently excellent with each purchase we make. Instead of purchasing large trucks this time, Victoria had to help our 73 year old Mother purchase a brand new car after 9 years. Change is definitely difficult sometimes, especially when we get older. I want to thank Victoria for the time she spent with Mom, making her feel comfortable with her purchase and taking the extra effort to show her how to operate her new vehicle with everything from how to unlock it, to paring her phone with the bluetooth. Our Mom is in love with her new car and we couldn't be happier to have her in a new safe vehicle. We will deal with Victoria with all our future purchases, when you receive exceptional customer service these days especially with the times we are in, there is no reason to go anywhere else.
