They were friendly over the phone. However, I didn't receive a call back until days later and I needed the problem fixed the same day. To be fair about this, it was over the weekend. When I did receive a call back, they were very friendly, and apologetic.

John is one of the most honest mechanics I’ve ever met. His prices are very reasonable and the speed of service is 10/10 I take all my family cars to his shop for all minor and molajor repairs. Local and friendly. I like that he didn't try to push any other problems to be fixed. Was honest about what needs to be done next. Fair pricing and hourly rate. Dropped off at 930, got it back at 1245pm. Was good in calling with updates and making sure I knew the price before proceeding with the work. Got a free calendar and coupon so that was a bonus. Will definitely recommend to others.

John Greco is an excellent mechanic with exceptional customer service. He took the time out of his busy Saturday morning for an emergency situation I had with my car halfway into a roadtrip with my mom. He was the only mechanic out of 7 others that offered to help me. He literally saved the day and turned a miserable morning into a great one. The world needs more people like John. Super grateful for the outcome of my experience that day.
