Rosedale Elementary School

I grew up in the Rosedale area, Cloverdale Ave. to be exact and went to Rosedale Public School from 1961 to 1965, from K to grade 4. I moved away after that. We moved a lot , so I went to Adelaide Hoodless for part of grade 5 and then to Queen Mary for the latter part of grade 5. I attended Viscount Montgomery for grade 6 and 7 because we moved back into the Rosedale area and then we moved to Burlington, where I attended Tecumseh Public School.
My high school years were spent entirely at Burlington Central High School. I enjoyed Rosedale PS.very much. I don't remember a lot of the teachers names except in grade 3 I had a Miss Townshend who I really liked.
I'm 66 married and retired now. Along with my wife Rae we have 2 grown children, my daughter Stephanie who is married and my son Ryan who is still living at home. We reside in Oakville Ontario.

Awesome school and awesome Principal at Rosedale. Mr. Yule is great with kids and staff and parents and Grandparents.

I grew up in the Rosedale neighbourhood and went to Rosedale school from K to Grade 6. I loved that school, the teachers and I can even remember the prinipal's name. I continued on to Viscount Montgomery for Grade 7, 8 then Glendale for 9-11 and Sir J.A. Macdonald for Gr12 . I moved away and now I am 60 years old but I will always remember where my roots are and that is the Rosedale Community and 240 Dundonald Ave., the house where our family resided.

Went to the school in Grade 5, very nice school.
