RONA Hamilton (Rymal Road)

As I know Turkstra presently has an employee who was arrested/charged with sexual assault (off the job and charges have since been dropped).
I called Rona about this concern and I received attention to this matter immediately and was assured they have a protocol in place if this ever were to occur. More women are doing DIY projects and may need supplies delivered. We need to feel safe.
Turkstra's reply was "he may show up at your address as he is also a driver".
Rona will get my business.

I have had some real challenges with getting appliances delivered from the warehouse - but Candace in the store was absolutely phenomenal with her superior customer service - she was extremely knowledgable and helpful and extremely professional. I have to believe that Rona is successful due to the efforts by employees like Candace, in spite of the lack of organization from the corporate organization.

I’m gonna be straight up honest love the people that work in the yard here. The two main factors are the marcus and Joshua boys. They are hard workers and don’t get caught in any shenanigans at work. Also that dark fella is nice too. Those boys always help loading my wood and I always see them working hard and to there fullest. The store workers however are very talkative and always talk about the yard people and diss them on the low. Great store though and keep josh and Marcus they are the fantastic workers at the store

Pretty good hardware store, friendly staff with a good contractors desk.
