(November 20, 2017, 11:02 pm)My colleagues and I use this gym a couple times a week. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. They have a good variety of equipment. Free weights, machines, cardio equipment and even some olympic racks and weight. They offer classes throughout the day including yoga and spin classes. I wish there were more evening or early morning classes but overall very happy with the gym.

I started personal training sessions to prep for an upcoming international pageant - with it being my first experience of PT and the gym atmosphere, I have to say that the Gateway team is absolutely phenomenal and have surpassed my expectations. I had the chance to speak with Sophia, Matt, Michelle and Sylvia who are all super friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable - all staff members are ready to help and support you in what's needed to reach your fitness goals. Regarding the PT side of things, my trainer Nathan is pretty awesome at what he does! It's been about a month and a half of PT training and I've definitely already started to see great results. I 100% recommend this gym and the Gateway team if you're looking to achieve your fitness goals!
