National Duct Hamilton

We has national duct come into our home Saturday. The technician we had was Mike and he was great. Very professional and on time. He got the job done in less than 2 hours and was on his way. Would highly recommend!

Darwyn was great helping me out. Gave a breakdown of how many Vents and returns I had he gave me in detail everything that they will be doing what I would be expecting. gave me a quote, also found one extra return that they did not charge extra for. the price was amazing they were very punctual, Mike was the service tech that came out explained everything show me everything. he showed what came out of all the Ducts. they were excellent, they did their best in keeping it tidy and clean there has to be a little bit of dust that Come out which is a given but overall they were amazing very professional send even asked if the job was up to my expectation before they left in case they have to do anything that they have missed. would definitely recommend

From the moment I called National Duct for a quote and made an appointment I was immediately
impressed with their professionalism, their courtesy and particularly their honesty.
They showed up as promised and their service representative Mike was such a polite young man. He
explained every step of the process. He was here about three hours and he worked nonstop. At the same
time training what was clearly an employee in training. He was extememly professional, thorough, and courteous. He even removed his shoes anytime he was in the living area of our home.

Great experience! My first time having the ducts cleaned. We had Gary come and clean our ducts and dryer vent. Gary was excellent! Very polite, explained everything he was doing and how it all works.
Will definitely call for the next time we need the ducts cleaned again.
He also said the company is rebranding larger fleet, new company name will be National Duct hence the new trucks.

Good evening, I just wanted to take the time to tell you what a great job your employee did the other day. I believe his name was Austin.
I was a little uneasy about having this job done as people say it’s not worthwhile and the guys only do half the job. However after watching him work for the first 20 minutes I knew that I was in good hands. I could tell that he was a hard worker and determined to do the job properly. I was so impressed by his work ethic, that if you had a staff full of guys like him then you are one lucky company.
