SmartStop Self Storage

I don’t know where to start! First of all this storage is 10/10 spot less clean, the staff is on top of keeping your experience awesome. They are knowledgeable and professional, know what they are doing when helping us customers and personally I like that my stuff is safe and under video surveillance. They even had a promotion for the first 3 months it was a cheaper rate! Defenitly used that, and with the little insurance fee per month I know my things are safe financially aswell, never have to worry

I was attracted by their price initially but when went over there,place was so neat and clean. Great structure and paintings are great. Controlled temperature units with being so neat and clean is definitely a thumbs up. Price is really anither attraction as it comes only 50% of public storage charges. So i will really recommend them. Being close to qew is another added bonus

Amazing experience setting up. Both Amy and Leanna were very helpful and were more than accommodating when I needed to change my move in date. Great rates too. Would recommend to anyone.

Here's a scary word "Downsizing". My wife and I are at this stage. My first time utilizing storage units, however familiar with it having help friends over the years. We were very impressed with the facility and the friendly courteous service received. The staff, Leeona and her co-worker, are what customer service should be about. We highly recommend the facility.

I recently moved from the Burlington location to this location in Stoney Creek. I like the layout much better with the loading bays right beside the office/store. For some reason it is a lot brighter on the second level than the previous location. The staff are friendly and helpful.
