The best customer service ...EVER from Peter, Mike and Lennox. They went above and beyond to help me with my issues with a car key I had cut. They didnt rush me out and took the time to figure out what was wrong. Great staff !

Very friendly. Small town feel in the middle of Hamilton. Great selection of goods. I needed a special planter moss once and they ordered it in for me. Then they started stocking it as well so I now have it down the road when I need it.

People like Robert James Chinnery, who have given 93 one-star reviews out of 100 to businesses around the city, unfairly marring their scores.

I love home hardware over these huge places like home depot and lowes. Much more personal experience, great staff at this location, always clean and quick to checkout. Carries most things you would need for basic home care and repair. I hope this one never goes under.
