OneZo Tapioca 丸作

Very pleased with my experience. Was a bit new to the milk tea thing but the employee named Alex helped me out and walked me through everything. His patience and expertise will make a long time loyal customer. Thank you and the tea is amazing

The place was very quiet when we went there. They have great selection of milk tea. I like how they have a mini menu for 'customer's favourite' which was very helpful when its your first time going. Its definitely worth a visit but there was nothing really that stands out.

I visit this place regularly. Their workers are always very helpful to give an advise on choosing drinks, also their homemade tapioca is awesome !!.

Lately I have noticed the past four times I went in that their is always one person making drinks, one on the check out, and one just kind of standing around. Usually, I wouldn't complain... but when I see some people waiting for over 15 minutes for a drink... and staff standing around. Makes me Question.

I will continue to go !!! Just wanted to share a little feedback, would love to see an improvement on this.

I have visited this lovely place multiple times since they opened. Their workers are always very helpful to give an advise on choosing drinks from plenty options they have, also their homemade tapioca is always fresh and very testy, I highly recommend you to try their sesame and mango tapioca!
