I stopped in to this "out of the way" place while out on a motorcycle ride on the beautiful back-roads of Flamborough, after I read a hand-written sign that said 'fresh coffee and butter tarts', at TIGCHELAAR FARM MARKET. It was a beautiful day in the country for an outing and stopping here was an absolute pleasure from the get go!
There was a simple market stand offering fresh brewed coffee and home baked butter tarts along with other goodies! OMG!....
The lady that cheerfully served me, (her name is Clare), was so friendly and warm and offered to make me a fresh "pour-over" coffee brew!....It was sooo good! She actually roasts her own coffee on the premises!! She even showed me how she roasts the coffee beans from start to finish in her own coffee bean roaster!!...Amazing!
When you taste the brew, you will not be disappointed!!
There are café tables set up outside and around the stand that are socially distanced to avoid close contact, but close enough to feel inclusive and welcoming! What a great place to meet and share a coffee and treat together with family or friends!....And, BTW, the proceeds from this business are going toward funding of underprivileged children in Nicaragua! What a blessing that is!

What a gorgeous farm. Some of the best butter tarts I have ever eaten. Very friendly staff as well. All family run.

Came here on a Friday afternoon for a coffee and a treat. All of the baked goods were freshly made and still warm! The butter tarts and apple turn overs were amazing, as well they had really unique coffee from Nicaragua that they roast right here in Puslinch! Definitely will be coming back ASAP!
