Had the wood stove wet certified before closing on late notice with limited time. 🙏 no issues 2 winters now 🔥🔥

Geoff was a delight to deal with. Professional, on time (early, actually), and did a whole home and septic tank inspection. He even took me around to explain things while I was there and give suggestions on items that weren't red flags but could use a better fix in the future.

His report came a day later and was quite thorough with many pictures, details and further explanations of what inspectors are normally looking for versus what he found.

I absolutely would recommend using this company again.

Citadel recently performed a WETT inspection on the wood stove at our cottage near Bancroft. Geoff arrived on time, promptly carried out the inspection and also provided useful information regarding installation requirements. He was very courteous and thorough and followed up the next day with a detailed report. I would not hesitate to recommend this company or use them again for any future work of this type.

Geoff is thorough, knowledgeable, and prompt! What more could you ask for? He is very familiar with the area and all of the various trades in the neighbourhood, so when he sees the installation was done by someone he is familiar with, he can comment on if it was installed or built well or not. He answered all of our questions and his final report was very detailed. Not too sure what the previous reviewer had issues with, Geoff is the friendliest, most personable guy you'd ever want to deal with.
