Really friendly staff. I've only been their twice, but have enjoyed the visits. I bought a Marshall amp and an acoustic guitar.

What fantastic staff. As an experienced musician I would feel comfortable sending someone with no musical knowledge there and knowing they would leave with the right product for their needs. They asked all the right questions, were friendly, honest, and the suggestions were perfect.

Also for a small town the product selection was pretty spot on. I didn't get to spend a lot of time in the store, but was impressed with the selection that was curated and prices were fair.

I've been in L&Ms across the country, and used them for both personal and corporate needs, and was particularly impressed with the service in Belleville. Kudos to the staff.

How's it going, I just wanted to write a quick note to express my gratitude towards you and the store. I received the banjo today by Purolator in great condition. You were very helpful in sending me photos and to be honest this Banjo looks brand new. You could have easily sold me the new one as I had zero knowledge of the used one and that saved me over $100. That shows knowledge of your inventory and integrity. Very well done. I will make the drive down to see the store when I am in search of my next instrument or hardware.

Probably my favorite place to shop...staff are friendly and knowledgeable and there is always plenty of product in stock. I traded in some items today against the purchase of a cymbal set and they gave me great prices for my items. Plus you cannot beat their rental inventory!
