My experience was almost right down the middle. Found what I thought was a nice car that came with 4 winter tires as well as the ones on it.

Pro: is that they delivered it to me in belleville from madoc.
Con: Took almost 2 weeks after I had signed all the paperwork. (I'll call this a half con, as I get it COVID and all)

Pro : They dropped it off with a full tank of gas.
MAJOR CON: I now had 7 tires and 8 rims. They said it was because 3 of the tires were bad, they replaced 2 and that they would gladly sell me a new set. Even though when i agreed to buy the car it was supposed to have 4 on and 4 in the back . So that to me seems a little shifty.

Pro: Its a fun little car to drive around
Con: The check engine light came on within a week of owning it.

Overall, Patterson's has been my families go to place for parts but it seems the customer service falls apart when it comes to the cars they sell. Would I buy another car from them, most likely not, would I buy the parts from them , probably?

Very happy with the customer service. The staff was great and I love my KIA Rondo. They fixed everything that needed to be fixed and fixed things that we did not know needed fixed. Thank you Earl and Pattersons Auto Parts.
