It reminds me of when I was a little girl and mom would send me to the cellar to bring up a quart of it. My dad would work in the bush tapping ,boiling and mom putting it in quarts for winter. It's sooooo good no wonder they have won awards.Keep up the good hard work and don't change what your doing it's perfect.
