Horsin Around Riding Ranch

Last year was the first year I was to learn of Lorrie and her ranch, my grand daughters did her horse camp twice in the summer and we have since then been on a few trail rides since then as well. The girls are going again this summer, I think they would move in with Lorrie if given the choice haha. To the people who said her scales were out, hers are right on the money, best you check yours at home.

Had a wonderful trail riding outing with friends (none of us with experienced on horses) - the owner and her aide were very focused on the safety and happiness of both the humans and horses. Went through some a lovely mix of environment on the ranch/farm (fields, forests, roadway paths). Signed up our young kids to do shorter, led pony rides which were great. And had such a good experience with both that we signed up our kids for luckily open spots for their Farm Scout summer day camp, which the kids loved: a day filled with farm activities (learning about caring for the animals, and games), as well as pony rides and yummy eats. Highly recommend!

My 8 year old daughter loved her time at "farm camp". After her first day she was excited to tell us all about her new animal friends, her pony ride and all the fun she had. She couldn't wait till she could go back the next day. We were greeted with smiles by the friendly staff and drop off and pickup went smoothly with everyone arriving at the same time.

Local gem! Kids went to summer daycamp last week and absolutely loved everything about it. Now to book some trail rides!

My daughters (4yo and 6) had an absolute blast going on an extended pony ride! Was just the perfect duration not too short and not too long. Everything was perfect Lorrie and her helpful staff are all wonderful. My 6yo is now booked for a day camp and she has the day circled on our calendar - can't wait!
